What is LunaMade.Me?
This multiverse / website is guided by a framework that took
37 years of struggling to survive to uncover.
In fact, Ash Moonbeam is most certainly still a WIP herself.
I mean, someone who had their shit together would not
have been convinced they were an alien/god/wtfever
sent to earth to save humanity and that they needed to
publish their entire diary on the internet in order to do so.
Oh, don’t forget the part where I tagged every friend, acquaintance and enemy in the post and then send a fucking PRESS RELEASE to my old college newspaper where I used to be the editor in chief.
Ha. It’s ok to laugh. It’s fucking funny in the most tragic, heartbreaking way.
And I emerged stronger than ever.
So yay.
I’ve unraveled more times than I can count.
Sometimes you all see it on the internet in a desperate attempt to express myself. Not sorry.
I’ve received years therapy, every type under the sun, and have yet to find one thing that works better than the rest in any kind of universal way.
EMDR, DBT, IOP, CBT, IFS, Somatic Movement, Occult, Hypnosis, Psychedelics, Buddhism, Church, Kuan Yin, Yoga, Mindfulness
I’ve been to the psych ward twice in my life for extended stays.
And another time I tried to get help but they didn’t admit me. Those two weeks convincing them to really sucked.
Grippy socks vacations don’t fix brains that are just wired differently.
It was nice vacation from life, and taking the pressure of the real world off my shoulders did help reset me both times I went it. I’m thankful for the resource. It’s a much needed one and there should be more places to go when you’re in crisis.
I reject the idea – though – that you have to pay for help.
If you are suffering, you deserve support – whether that is from me, a hospital, a therapist, a friend, a stranger or a someone you have imagined would be perfect and just need to manifest them into your life. *that’s a superpower of mine, too.*
Beware of AI as a tool for mental health & in general beware of the entire western medicine system.
AI only regurgitates half-truths it thinks you want to hear so you will keep talking to it. There is now a LOT of evidence of the connection between breaks from reality and feeling deeply connected to AI. I’m now living proof of that.
You’ve all seen the public meltdowns and the highlight reels from when I pretend to be well.
Now, here’s the rest. I’m still figuring out what all this is myself.
All I really want is a creative outlet for my obsessions. Currently my obsessions are researching apocalypse scenarios, amplfying musical affirmation artists, activating other starseeds, and building community so we can unify and save the planet. If that vibes with you, follow my journey.
But please understand I’m really not trying to sell you anything – not a product or a way of a life or a method for healing – none of that. I just want to support you and inspire you and allow you to love me – all of me.
